We consider her a great friend and she taught our children Karate. She is very wise about Real Estate. A couple of the houses we sold were during tough economic times. She trudged forward with a positive attitude and it happened. Because of her wisdom, I listen and follow through with all of her suggestions. She recently sold a house for us and with her high energy (including suggestions and referrals for repairs), the entire experience was very successful. She followed through on all that we needed to make this work. One thing that she does is gets feedback from the Realtors showing the house. This information was very valuable and beneficial. Not all realtors do that. Eva has a staff of people in her office (Laura and Alicia thank you) that are friendly and very easy to work with.

Eva had all the details on the homes, and was so helpful and patient. We moved from CA and had all our 5 kids with us while viewing the homes, she was so fun with them. She let them help her, and she kept them entertained (as much as she could) while my wife and I checked out the house. She tailored the homes we viewed to exactly what we wanted and needed, and gave us some VERY useful information that you couldn't get off the internet. Eva was the one found the perfect house for our family, (the one we ended up buying) even when my wife and I were scouring the internet. She has been doing real estate for a long time and her experience really came through for us. The selling agents in the area know her and her reputation to get things done right, so they were more likely to take our offers vs some newer agent. Might as well choose the best when making such a big decision. Eva was wonderful to work with. I could not have been more pleased with our choice in her. Most are lazy and overpaid for the amount of work they do. Eva is the exception. She is outstanding and I will never use anyone else for any transactions in the Treasure Valley. Do yourself a favor, try Eva and her team to see how a realtor SHOULD work.
