We moved from CA and had all our 5 kids with us while viewing the homes, she was so fun with them. She let them help her, and she kept them entertained (as much as she could) while my wife and I checked out the house. She tailored the homes we viewed to exactly what we wanted and needed, and gave us some VERY useful information that you couldn't get off the internet. Eva was the one found the perfect house for our family, (the one we ended up buying) even when my wife and I were scouring the internet. The selling agents in the area know her and her reputation to get things done right, so they were more likely to take our offers vs some newer agent.
